Who We Are

The Bari World Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit public benefit Foundation dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities affected by substance poisoning overdose deaths. By empowing youths, and young adults raising awareness with factual information about the dangers of Fentanyl, so they can make informed decisions.

We believe that increasing awareness is the first step to change, change in the way this epidemic is viewed; change in the way it is identified and prevented;

 Everyone has the opportunity for a great future and we want to help them reach all of their dreams and goals.

Our goal is to reduce negative consequences of drug overdoses through promoting programs such as the distribution and education of overdose-reversing drugs like naloxone.

My name is Donna Allison Martin Pelle (DAMP), My husbands Noel Owen Pelle and we are deeply sorry for your loss. we, too, know the pain of losing someone we love. In 2020, our son Jabari Noel Pelle 28 years old at the time died as a result of Fentanyl poisoning.

The painful and difficult journey we began exceeded anything we could have imagined. Only with dedication to our own grief journey, and the love and support of friends, were we able to make it through each day.

As we began our personal journey, we discovered there were many support tools everywhere, and finding them was a tedious process. It was then we decided we would form a 501c3 Nonprofit foundation where anyone in need could come and find all that is available. This is why The Bariworld foundation was born. Where you will find an enormous variety of currently available support tools—a foundation from which you may start rebuilding your life.

It is our prayer that The Bariworld foundation would eventually circle the earth so that no one was ever alone, no matter their loss.
